Xpath Error

Xpath Error

Xpath Error on credit vet:

1. From the customer comms tab, instead of clicking the ID, click the “Account Name”, highlighted below in RED. This will open the account in Siebel.

2. From the page that loads, scroll until you see “Billing Profiles” on the right hand side, Xpath is caused due to a misalignment of profiles, as can be seen below.

3. To fix Xpath, all that you need to do is make sure the “Primary” and “Legal Group Owner” are  both ticked on the billing profile, press “CTRL+S” to save the page, then you can go back into your order and vet.
