Owner is Not The Bill Payer
When presented with the “The owner for this service is not the account holder” error, you
need to do the following:
First, in the order, take note of the account number at the top right of the page in RED:
From there, scroll to the bottom of the page and drop down the “alternative payer and/or user
account” section, and make sure both numbers match the number you previously took note of, this
is highlighted in RED.
Once everything matched, you can then scroll to the top and continue your order as
normal.
