Equipment Requests and Returns for WFH agents
If you have agent that is due to WFH and requires a ResQ Device, please complete the following steps
- Check that the agent does not already have a ResQ device at home (just send them home if they do)
- If require a ResQ device, please raise a ticket
- ResQ | Home (resqcs.co.uk)
- While waiting, a ResQ Equipment Responsibility form must be completed by the agent

- On receipt of the form, IT Deskside will package up the equipment and make ready for the agent
- If the agent is Vodafone or BT, ITDS must place the agent into the WFH AD group
When the agent return from WFH, they must complete the ResQ Equipment returns form:
Please note: if the agent leaves and does not return the equipment, they will be liable to a charge of £400, taken from their final salary - the equipment must be returned with 4 weeks from the leave date after which there will be no recourse to reclaim the cost. i.e. if leave in 1st February, they need to return the equipment by 1st March, otherwise the charge £400 cannot be reclaimed or waived.
