Continuous tone when logging in, failed login

Continuous tone when logging in, failed login

If an agent is hearing a continuous tone when they are trying to login to Avaya and it fails to login, please action the following.

The Issue:
The Extension, Pin or Passwords have been entered incorrectly.
Usually when agents copy and paste their extensions or pins it can copy a space at the beginning or end.

To Resolve:
Delete all numbers from the Extension, Pin and Passwords and manually re-enter them.
Close and re-open Avaya.

If this has not helped, please raise a ticket.
