Reactivating a Cancelled account
When you see a account is in a Cancelled state, you need to first select the arrow next to select action and 'Preform additional actions'
Scroll to the bottom of the page and under 'orders' press the '+' symbol
Select catalogue at the top of the page
then search
enter the SKU: 105823 and click search
Select add item
then it will show in the basket on the right of the page
then go to line items
From here, tick 'terms and conditions' then 'verify' (ok and close the popup) and 'submit'
wait for the order to complete and then go back to account front way and it will show as active
