Consumer - Reactivating a Cancelled account

1. Navigate to the Account overview and make sure that the account status is Cancelled. **Please be aware that we should not reactivate Inactive or Closed accounts**

2. Click Create new and select **Billing Activation Order**


3. Select **Next** on the subsequent pages until you reach the end of the order and click **Submit Order**




4. Go back to the Account Overview and check the Status. This should now be Active
