How to find PC / Laptop number for tickets

If the User is already logged on
Click on the Windows key on their keyboard or the Windows icon on the task bar.  Then choose the settings option (the icon is a cog).
The PC Number required is the one that starts RESQ- (If it's a desktop it will follow with DSK-, a laptop will show LPT-), this will then be followed by 5 or 6 characters. (For example RESQ-DSK-D4563L)
On the ticket enter everything after the RESQ-


If the User hasn't logged on
On the log in screen, make sure Other User is chosen
In the top box (showing email address) type ./
The PC number will show under the bottom box.
