ResQ Anywhere not opening
If ResQ Anywhere is not opening after double checking the icon on the desktop, please action the following.
Open ‘Task Manager’
To find this, in the ‘Type here to search’, search for ‘Task Manager’.
- Click on the ‘Details’ Tab
- Find any ‘ResQ Anywhere.exe’ files listed
- At this point there should be 3
- Right click on the one with the largest ‘Memory’ and click ‘End Task’
- Re-open ResQ Anywhere
Restart the PC
Give the PC a few minutes when booting up, do not double click ResQ Anywhere icon on the desktop after the PC has restarted.
