Citrix Not Loading (GVW, Halo, SCIO, etc)

If your agent is having an issue loading any app through Citrix, i.e. GVW, Halo, SCIO, like the screenshot below:




Double check to see if there are any 'Active Connections' in the Connection Center

In the system tray (bottom right), right click the clue Citrix icon and choose ‘Connection Center'



If there are any connections within the list below, please close them as per below:



  1. Try and load the Citrix app again.

  2. If that does not work, please Restart the PC.
    Usually restarting the PC will be enough for Citrix to load the relevant app.

If a PC restart has not helped, please raise a ticket.
