Billing Profile Incorrect Format
Go into Billing Profiles on the main account page
Scroll to the bottom of the page until you can see the billing address as shown, in this case there is no space in the postcode
click the pencil icon
Select the correctly formatted address from the list and press 'OK'
As seen below the billing address is now populated correctly with the right info:
- House name/number
- Street name
- Town/City
- County
- Postcode
Then go back to halo and continue as normal
