Adding a sim product via Siebel

First in halo, build a random product that shows “tab a9 are usually ok”, once the product is added, click “orders” on the black bar, from that page press the blue SBL number. Please be aware this only works when selling a sim only, handsets should go through your TL.


From the page that loads, go to the little bin icon and press it until the shopping cart is empty, at this point we’ll then be ready to add our new product.

Once the basket is empty, paste your SKU code into the “Product ID” box and press Search.


Once the product shows up. Click “Add Item”, at this point the shopping cart will populate like the below screenshot.

You can now return to your original order via Halo and proceed as normal.
