How to reset your own password or unlock your own account?
You can now reset your own password or unlock your own account.
Firstly, you will need to update your account details by entering your mobile number and personal email address. These will be used for a verification code to reset your password or unlock your account
If you haven’t already, please visit the following link to verify both your mobile number and personal email address.
Fill in the below information.
Once you have completed this, click ‘Finish’.
When it comes to ‘Resetting your Password’ or ‘Unlocking your Account’, please do the following:
From any device visit: http://office365.com/
Click on ‘Sign In’
Click on ‘Can’t access your account?'
Choose ‘Work or school account’
Enter your ResQ email address and enter the characters displayed on screen
Then you can choose from ‘I forgot my password’, or ‘I know my password, but still can’t sign in'.
The second choice will unlock your account.
On the next screens you will be prompted to verify your account by either your mobile or personal email address.
Once complete you will have reset your own password, or unlocked your own account.
