From the account Overview page, click the 3 dots on the white bar and click “Service Request” then “Create new SR”, both highlighted RED.
From there, scroll to find “Type” and set it to “Corporate Security”
Scroll back up the page until you see “Area” and “Sub area”, change both of these to “Fraud” in RED.
Under “Notes” give a detailed description of what the customer has told you, and under “Request/Refund reason” put "Fraud” again.
Once filled in, you can then scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Submit SR”
